Have to preach at two masses tomorrow (Holy Family Sunday). Then I leave early Monday morning for my scheduled annual Retreat.<br /><br />Probably not much different than the rest of you deacons out in "blog-land."<br /><br />Maybe we ought to strongly encourage our respective bishops to spend twenty-four hours (Noon Christmas Eve to Noon Christmas itself) as a house guest of a deacon's family with overnight grandchildren on Christmas Eve.<br /><br />Only the very best of Christmas blessings!
